Programs

MCOPS holds at least three conferences each year in various locations throughout the state of Maryland on topics relating to police labor relations and issues of importance to working law enforcement officers.  Because of a concern for officer safety and training, MCOPS provides officer street survival grants for law enforcement officers throughout Maryland.  MCOPS also has a college scholarship program for high school seniors desiring to go to college.   Follow the links above to get more information about MCOPS and its programs.
